My favourite tips for healthy glowing skin 🌟
1_Drink atleast 250 ml of warm water, first thing in the morning.
2_CLEANSE- TONE- MOISTURIZE, basic everyday face care routine that all of us, men and women, should follow.
3_Take vitamin C every day preferably from natural food sources like, guava, amla, broccoli, bell peppers etc.
4_Make sure you don't have constipation. Chronic constipation can lead to toxin build up and skin breakouts
5_Destress your body everyday through yoga, breathing exercises, calming music or any other ritual that works for you. 😇I DO REIKI for everyday mental cleanse.
6_jFocus on things that you can control and filter out unnecessary issues that you cannot cover.
